I am super excited to introduce you all to Crystal Young today. Crystal is the director of the Business Opportunity Center at Westshore Community College and I originally heard her back in May of 2018, she was presenting at the Michigan Recycling Coalitions annual conference.
That session was a little ditty named “Generational Communication: Flexing Your Language Style for Maximum Impact” and she killed it!
